BOXING: Well what can I say? An all around KICK @*#@ workout! Which will include fundamentals, boxing stance, punches, shadow boxing, jump rope, and focus mitts, heavy bag and a whole lot of body conditioning drills!! Our boxing program builds overall strength and stamina, not to mention a great body! Boxing also builds lots of confidence, you WILL walk with you head up high after completing our boxing program!


FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: Ah, another always fun program. Our clients will work on stability, strength, agility and all around body movement. We work the body in planes of motion that would most mimic “a day in the life” Lifting, moving sideways, lifting overhead, stop & go. Lots of core work and pilates mat exercises with a flare of yoga thrown in. We use balls, bands, and lots of toys (some kids never grow up!) Oh yea! Did we mention your own body weight too!! Very cool!


WEIGHT TRAINING: What ever your goal, weight loss, weight gain, sport specific training, weight training will improve all your other activities and help make you a more complete athlete or help you get thru a stressful day! Bodybuilding is another on of our specialties!

30 MINUTE FLEXTRAINING: Short on time? Here is a program that will certainly get you “juiced” for the day! It will include interval cardio with our patent pending FLEXWEAR VEST. All done in a quick succession in a high energy format.  GET FIT IN LESS TIME!

TAKE IT OUTDOORS:  For moms or girlfriends looking to get fit together. We can set up a session just for your group! Lots of fun! Challenging! Saves you $$$.

30 Minute Body Blast Sessions: Includes a mix of cardio and traditional weight training that will be sure to get your motor running!!

X-bag fitness training!
A fun 30 minute program using our patent pending X-baG, utilizing some basic kettlebell movements combined with our unique X-baG training routines, This is a great full body conditioning program.  Burn more calories while building and toning all your muscle groups at one time! Lots of fun, functional fitness.
