Flexwear Cross Training Harness combines resistance bands, a weighted vest, attachments for a pulling apparatus/harness to be used for plyo/field drills, parachute running drills and other methods for a cross training workout for military personnel, pro athletes, fitness trainers, MMA, fitness enthusiasts.
